We are excited to celebrate with all of you on March 23rd from 4 to 10pm at our place in Costa Mesa-964 West 19th Street. Please RSVP ASAP to Mrandmrsjboy@gmail.com. Here are a few details to help you plan for the night:
Location and Accommodations- Our place is located at the end of 19th street. There is plenty of parking in the area. If you find yourself in need of a ride, we will have a driver who will be working through the night that can get you where you need to go. If he is out on a run, 1800-4-MY-TAXI is a reputable taxi service in the area. In terms of hotel accommodations, there is a Ramada just a few miles down the road. Here is the link.
Attire- Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. I will be in a dress and Jay will be looking fresh in his new suit. We will have tents and heat lamps, but a jacket is still recommended for later in the evening. Feel free to show up and take off whenever you please. Bring your dancing shoes and your singing voices.
RugRats- Although they are fabulous and we love having them around, adults only please. I can recommend some sitters if you find yourself in a bind.
Grub and After Party- There will be heavy home-made Mexican appetizers, a taco man and a open bar with beer, wine and champagne (and possibly some tequila:). We will most likely be moving the after party to Avalon Bar around 11 or 12.
Gifts- We are hoping to do a full overhaul on our backyard- grading, tree-trimming, patio, garden, fireplace. . . roller rink, infinity pool, volleyball court, wrestling ring, kitty playground, turtle oasis, death-fighting cage. . . the whole deal. With that said, we will not be registering and will instead be asking for donations and Home Depot gift cards in order to give this sad yard, a much needed facelift. You can donate via paypal on this blog (top left corner), send via snail mail, or you may place donations in the wooden gift box that will be provided at the party.
That's it! Feel free to email me with any questions. Can't wait to dance the night away.
Love,
Juju and Jboy
